Along with our own farm, Savamala Restaurant has a private complex of 11 fish ponds and a lake, where fresh fish is collected daily. Our ponds are home to various species and each catch is carefully selected and prepared to preserve its natural freshness and rich flavor.
We don’t buy our fish, we grow it. This means we know its origin, diet, and quality at every stage. The catch is always fresh, and that freshness is reflected in every dish we serve.
